Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Valmock, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

Who can use Valmock:

• You must be 18+ or have parental consent
• You must provide accurate information
• One person per account (no sharing logins)

2. Description of Service

Valmock provides:

• AI-generated product mockups
• Demo videos
• Landing pages with waitlist forms
• Analytics for validation testing

What we don't provide:

• Legal advice on your idea
• Guarantee your idea will succeed
• Actual product development
• Design customization services

3. User Accounts

Your responsibilities:

• Keep your password secure
• Don't share your account
• You're responsible for all activity on your account
• Notify us immediately if your account is compromised

We can suspend or delete accounts that:

• Violate these terms
• Generate illegal/harmful content
• Abuse our service or support team
• Have been inactive for 2+ years (with 30 days notice)

4. Payment & Refunds

Pricing:

• One-time purchases: Pay once, credits never expire
• Monthly subscriptions: Billed monthly, cancel anytime
• Credit packs: Add-on purchases, never expire

Refunds:

• First-time users: Full refund within 7 days of first purchase, no questions asked
• Subscriptions: Cancel anytime, no refund for current month, access until period ends
• Credits: Non-refundable once used

Payment processing:

• All payments via Stripe (we don't store card details)
• Failed payments = service suspended until resolved
• Price changes: 30 days notice, grandfathered rates for existing subscribers

5. Content & Intellectual Property

You own your content:

• Your project descriptions
• Your generated assets (images, videos, landing pages)
• Your waitlist emails

We own:

• Valmock platform, code, and branding
• Our AI prompts and generation system

License to use generated content:

• You can use generated assets for any legal commercial purpose
• You can modify, edit, and distribute them freely
• You cannot resell Valmock assets as stock photos/templates

6. Prohibited Uses

Valmock is for legitimate business validation. The following uses are strictly prohibited:

Illegal Activities

• Illegal drugs, controlled substances, or unregulated pharmaceuticals
• Weapons, firearms, ammunition, or explosives
• Content involving minors in inappropriate contexts
• Human trafficking or exploitation services
• Fraud, scams, pyramid schemes, or counterfeit goods
• Money laundering or other financial crimes

Harmful Content

• Adult or sexually explicit content
• Hate speech, discrimination, or extremist content
• Graphic violence, gore, or content promoting self-harm
• Harassment, threats, stalking, or doxxing

Intellectual Property & Fraud

• Trademark or copyright infringement
• Impersonation of people, companies, or government entities
• Fake reviews, testimonials, or misleading validations
• False or dangerous medical claims

Platform Abuse

• Spam, mass generation, or automated abuse
• Scraping, reverse engineering, or copying our service
• Reselling access to Valmock

Consequences

Report violations to abuse@valmock.com. We review reports within 24 hours.

7. Content Moderation

We reserve the right to:

• Review any generated content
• Remove content that violates our terms
• Suspend accounts creating harmful content

Reporting abuse:

Email abuse@valmock.com with the project URL. We review reports within 24 hours.

8. Limitation of Liability

Valmock is provided "as is":

• We don't guarantee uptime (though we try for 99.9%)
• Generated content may have errors or inaccuracies
• We're not responsible if your validation fails or succeeds

Our maximum liability:

• Amount you paid us in the last 12 months
• We're not liable for lost profits, data, or opportunities

You're responsible for:

• How you use generated content
• Your marketing claims
• Compliance with laws in your jurisdiction

9. Termination

You can cancel anytime:

• Delete your account from Settings
• All data deleted within 30 days
• Downloaded assets remain yours

We can terminate accounts:

• For ToS violations
• If required by law
• If you don't pay (subscriptions)

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms:

• Changes posted 30 days before taking effect
• Continued use = acceptance of new terms
• Major changes: We'll email you
